Partnering with the Minnesota Department of Health and KA Nicholas Consulting, Kayla served as a panelist, bringing her perspective on community engagement and evaluation to a broader discussion of identifying root challenges and solutions to diabetes prevention and management among rural American Indians and urban Black Americans descended from enslaved people.
